All our Products are covered by a 12-month consumer warranty.

Warranty period for entrepreneurs 1 month

Time for a complaint under warranty or lack of conformity of the goods with the contract 2 years. Warranty excluded for entrepreneurs to the extent permitted by law.

How to file a complaint?

The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Agreement at biuro@hypewave.pl or in writing to the address (ul. Plonów 24/4, 41-205 Sosnowiec)

A properly filed complaint should include at least:

  • name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
  • date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint,
  • subject of the complaint (which may be sent to the service if the complaint is covered by the warranty) with an indication of the Buyer's request,
  • any circumstances justifying the complaint
  • date of occurrence/noticing of a possible defect

If the given in the complaint, the data or information requires supplementation, before considering the complaint, the Seller asks the person filing the complaint to supplement it in the indicated scope.

The Seller considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to the traditional postal address.

Returns

Thank you for shopping in our store! We would like to remind you of an important rule regarding the return of footwear.

To make a return, please do not remove the safety seals from the shoes. The seal is a guarantee that the product has not been used.

Only footwear with seals and intact protection can be accepted for return.

Please note that this only applies to shoes that have such a seal. In the case of footwear without a seal, the standard return conditions apply.

Additional information:

  • I do not accept returns from companies (does not apply to sole proprietorships in the case referred to in art. 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act in connection with art. 385(5) of the Civil Code)
  • I will not accept a return if you send a package cash on delivery
  • Do you receive something for free? - in the case of returning the goods, send it back to us as well
  • Are you buying a product in a set? - if you return part of the set, you will lose the right to a discount. The refund amount will be reduced by the difference between the price of the product in the set and the price of the product without the set

The Buyer may submit a withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason to the address biuro@hypewave.pl or in writing to the address (ul. Plonów 24/4, 41-205 Sosnowiec together with the returned product)

A correctly submitted withdrawal from the contract should include the Buyer's name, surname, address, e-mail address,

date of conclusion of the Agreement

  • date of receipt of the package
  • item to be returned
  • account number for return - in the case of cash on delivery

In accordance with applicable regulations, the refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of the Seller's withdrawal from the contract.

We reserve the right to withhold the return until we receive the returned goods.
